  • Aggressive Marketing  Placement of property in MLS,  signage and exposure, advertising in local newspaper, Open House for prospective buyers,Professionall designed flyers delivered to local buyers in the neighborhood, internet marketing.
  • Negotiation -Representing the best interest of Our clients; all offers negotiated using client-directed offer communication method
  • Sale & Closing Procedures Present and negotiate all offers with client, submit accepted contract with all required addendums, coordination with closing agency for timely HUD-1 approval, final closing
